 New Metro Stations There will be seventen new Metro Stations in 2009 wich will connect with Maipú and Los Dominicos. Thirteen of this new station will take people from Quinta Normal to Plaza de Maipú being a sort of expansion of line number 1 produced by the transshipment. The other four stations will expand line number 1 in Las Condes to connect with Los Dominicos. This expansion mean that a lot of people who used to take buses to travel to Maipú or Los Dominicos will take Metro.
